While my grandchildren enjoyed Lego and chocolates from their Advent Calendars over the past month, I've enjoyed opening my emailed Advent calendar from you each day, for a variety of wonderful music accompanied by interesting and entertaining background information. This is the third year I've been privileged to receive these gifts. Thank you very much. Can't wait until next December. Wishing you all the best of the holidays and 2024.
Thanks for all the Christmas music and your introspective on the music. I can’t imagine how much time you spend picking music and the research you do. I can’t say I read everything, but what I do I enjoy.
Merry Christmas, Bill. I know I don't have to choose a favourite from the "daily fare" you've been providing, but I get a kick out of doing it. Today, I choose the banjo-and-guitar duet of "O Come All Ye Faithful." I admit that I was tempted by the selections just before and after that one, because I am fond of any singing that includes Sylvia Tyson, and I am fond of songs written by Murray McLaughlan. In any case, all the best to you and yours through the rest of December and all of 2024. Love and blessings, —Greg

Hi Bill(y)
